Neighborhood Development

Building what comes next.

High-speed rail and nearly $30 million in Transformative Climate Communities funding are reshaping Chinatown.

Construction updates

Getting to Chinatown

Construction is heating up, with new crews every day. Both the Tulare and Ventura underpasses are being built at the same time, and we hope work will finish within three years.

Open routes: Mono Street and Fresno Street

We meet regularly with the High-Speed Rail Authority, the contractor TPZP and the City of Fresno.
